Product Overview

EGFP circular RNA (circRNA) is an enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP)-encoded circular RNA molecule engineered for stable and efficient expression in cells, organoids, or in vivo. Derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria, EGFP retains its characteristic bright green fluorescence with excitation at 488 nm and emission at 509 nm, enabling direct fluorescence detection in live-cell imaging and long-term tracking applications. Unlike linear mRNA, the circular topology of this RNA molecule enhances its resistance to exonuclease degradation, prolonging intracellular stability and translational persistence. This feature makes EGFP circular RNA particularly suitable for applications requiring sustained protein expression, such as tracking cellular differentiation, monitoring drug response kinetics, or visualizing dynamic biological processes over extended periods.

Applications

• Positive Control for circRNA Transfection: Validating transfection efficiency and system performance.

• Delivery System Screening: Assessing nanoparticle/circRNA formulation efficacy in delivery applications.

CATUG® CatPure™ EGFP circRNA

• Self-circularized via the PIE strategy and includes a minimal scar sequence (Exon + Spacer).

• Designed with CVB3 IRES and codon optimization to enhance translational efficiency.

• Composed entirely of unmodified nucleotides.

• Chromatography purification ensures high quality and purity (Low nicked RNA).

• Carefully controlled processes to minimize batch-to-batch variation.

*For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
