Since its founding in 2021, CATUG has advanced from early R&D and GMP infrastructure build-out to global project delivery, IND-enabling execution, and integrated RNA-LNP CRDMO capabilities.

CATUG Biotechnology incorporated

CATUG Biotechnology was incorporated in Suzhou BioBAY.

August

Wuhan subsidiary established

Wuhan CATUG, a wholly owned subsidiary, was incorporated in Biolake.

September

R&D centers put into operation

R&D centers in Suzhou and Wuhan were put into operation, and the first strategic cooperation agreement was signed.

Angel round completed

An angel round of financing of over US$10 million was completed.

Wuhan plasmid GMP plant launched

The Wuhan Plasmid GMP plant was put into operation, with annual order amount surpassing RMB 50 million.
