Product Overview

OVA mRNA encodes for the ovalbumin protein, a 45 kDa glycoprotein derived from chicken egg whites. Serving as a gold-standard model antigen in immunology and biomedicine, OVA mRNA is engineered to induce robust adaptive immune responses, particularly cytotoxic T-cell (CTL) activity, when delivered via lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) or other nanocarriers. Its high immunogenicity, well-defined T-cell epitopes (e.g., SIINFEKL for MHC-I binding), and adaptability to mRNA vaccine platforms make it indispensable for cancer immunotherapy, vaccine development, and translational research.

Applications

• Used as a model antigen for immunization studies.

CATUG® CatPure™ OVA mRNA

• Sequence optimized and selected for high expression.

• Oligo-dT purification ensures high quality and purity.

• Carefully controlled processes to minimize batch-to-batch variation.

*For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
